Under SkillSelect, intending migrants can be invited to apply for a visa based on claims presented in their EOI.
Intending migrants can update their details included in the EOI to ensure it remains accurate (e.g add new qualifications/work experience) until an invitation to apply for a visa is issued. When the invitation is issued no further changes to the EOI are permissible and the applicant must be able to support all claims against the points test and other eligibility criteria included in the EOI.
