Prospective Marriage 300
The Prospective Marriage visa 300 allows people to come to Australia to marry their prospective spouse and then apply for a Partner visa. With this visa you can stay in Australia for 9 months from date of grant of visa.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant intends to marry an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen (ENZC) who will act as a sponsor of the applicant (prospective spouse)
- The applicant and the prospective spouse are at least 18 years old
- The applicant and the prospective spouse have met in person after they turned 18 years old and they are known to each other personally
- The applicant and the prospective spouse genuinely intend to marry and the marriage is intended by the parties to take place within the visa period
- The applicant and the prospective spouse genuinely intend to live together as spouses
- There is no impediment to the marriage in Australian law
- Meet health and character requirements
