BREAKING NEWS - COVID CONCESSIONS FOR MULTIPLE SUBCLASSES

From 27 February 2021 (inclusive) the following visas will be able to be granted while the applicant is in Australia, even though these usually require the applicant to travel offshore.

BSMQ SUBCLASS 190 AND 491 NOW OPEN

The standard 491 and 190 program is currently OPEN from 1 February 2021 - 07 February 2021. Only onshore applicants, currently working in Queensland will be considered. The next skilled opening after this week will be in April 2021.

Acting Immigration Minister Alan Tudge has said migrants and their permanent resident sponsors applying for a partner visa will be required to have functional-level English or will have to demonstrate that they have made reasonable efforts to learn the language from the middle of next year.
